Gada.be tag metasearch aggregator for mobiles
The idea is two-fold: metatag search, and to make that search easy on a mobile device.
You can specify the search term in the subdomain, for instance: http://podcasting.gada.be or http://foot.gada.be.
I do really like the idea but here are a few thoughts:
– I tried on my Nokia 6630 and the page is not exactly as mobile as I could have expected. The page return for “podcasting” is bigger than 100ko, this is not exactly mobile friendly.
– I do not really see how using the subdomain to enter the search terms helps the user.
– No informations about the results outputed… are the links “mobile friendly”. Same problem that Technorati faced. Till now Google with its “mobile web search” is the only one to have succeeded to output really true mobile friendly result.

That’s what I call “packaging a product”! This mobile, sent in a nice plastic box, looks great. It actually does make me feel guilty to open it.
But I did… I will test it later on.
