Nice… the geek in you might want to upgrade the firmware to the HTC Sense interface. It is really neat!!

Thanks for sharing your opinion. I actually just got my HTC Magic (the only HTC-Android option available from Swisscom) and started checking out the Android. I’m loving it so far, especially the Google services which I am a loyal customer.

Well I thought that leaving my iPhone was impossible. It turns out that Android is quite nice and the user interface is pretty good (almost as good as the iPhone). I have to find my way around the applications but it should do it especially since it is an open world (as opposed to Apple).
My HTC Magic is running Android 1.5. I have not tried it yet but I would probably advice to go with Android Hero or something running 1.6 or even 2.0.
It is nicely tied to Google Services… and it is definitively a nice device, a nice platform.
