Strangely enough I have never been able to really use Netvibes on a daily basis, I tried but without success (I think it is because of the look&feel) but that might change now they step in the mobile world… I’ll give another shot!

I’ve never been a fan of the netvibes interface either….can’t put my finger on it.

It was released as a public beta this week and offers up something similar, but is more focused on finding/rating mobile friendly sites/URLs. Plus you can add your own search engines if you know your way around QUERY strings.
